典型电力客户实施“一户一策”电费管理的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在经济增速放缓和融资难的大背景下,部分用电客户履行电费信用的能力有所下降,电费回收形势十分严峻。建立电费风险防范机制,是防范发生新欠电费和电费呆坏账的有效保障和重要举措。通过对建立典型电力客户的"一户一策"电费风险管理机制进行深入研究,针对不同类别、信用评级、风险等级的客户,分析实施"一户一策"电费管理策略对供电企业的电费风险防范体系和电费回收管理的影响。 Under the conditions of economic slowdown and financing difficulties, some power customers who fulfill their ability to perform eleetrieity credit have declined, the electricity recovery situation is very grim. The establishment of electrieily risk prevention mechanism is the effectively important protection measure. The establishment of electrieity rick management mechanism tier typieal electrie power eustomers is studied in depth. Aeeording to different categories, credit rating, risk level of customer, electric rate menagement strategy which has an effect on electric fees risk prevention system and the eleetrie fees recovery management of power supply enterprise is analyzed.
