摘要
在国家"十二五"电力营销智能电网建设的背景下,提出了一种新型的客户双向互动智能化电力营销体系。对比传统的电力营销模式,从全业务电子化管理、全过程电子化监控、量测管理智能化、业务渠道多样化、安全管控自动化等几个方面进行分析,阐述了体系的基本功能和实现路径。
In the context of the national "Twelfth Five-Year" smart grid construction, this paper proposes a new and two-way interactive in telligent electricity marketing system. Compared with the traditional electricity marketing system, it carries out analysis concerning electronic business , electronic monitoring, of the whole process monitoring and intelligent management, intelligent measureing management, business diversification, safety control automation etc. It sets forth its basic functions and implementation path.
