摘要
目的为了解军队医学综合类核心期刊的影响力和学术质量,为军队医学期刊发展提供参考。方法对2011~2015年军队医学综合类核心期刊的总被引频次、影响因子和综合评价总分等主要评价指标进行统计,并分析各指标在全国医学综合类核心期刊以及中国科技核心期刊中的排名情况。结果近五年来,军队医学综合类期刊中有12种入选全国医学综合类核心期刊,入选比例34.62%(9/26)明显高于地方系统医学综合类核心期刊入选比例17.92%(38/212)(χ~2=4.07,P<0.05)。《解放军医学杂志》、《医学研究生学报》和《解放军医药杂志》这3种期刊,无论核心总被引频次、核心影响因子和综合评价总分,其数值和排名均居全国医学综合类核心期刊和中国科技核心期刊前列。其它9种期刊数值和排名相对较差。结论军队医学综合类核心期刊发展优势明显,但总体学术质量和影响力偏低。一方面要积极组稿,突出军事医学特色,吸引优质稿源,解决源头问题;另一方面科学分析期刊评价指标,采取有效措施改善评价指标,从根本上提高期刊学术质量。
Objective To analyze the influence and academic quality of the military medical integrated core journals and provide reference of development of the military medical comprehensive core journals.Methods The main assessment indexs,including the total cites,impact factors,comprehensive assessment scores,and so on,were evaluated by ranking of the national medical comprehensive journals and Chinese science core journals.Results Twelve journals in the military medical journals were selected to Chinese medicine comprehensive core journals in the past five years.The chosen proportion was higher than that in the local（34.62%,17.92%,χ~2=4.07,P〈0.05）.The numerical value and ranking of the total cites,impact factors and comprehensive assessment scores in MedicalJournalofChinesePeople’sLiberationAr my,Journal of Medical Postgraduates and Medical＆Pharmaceutical Journal of Chinese People’s Liberation Army were at the forefront.The numerical value and ranking in the others were relatively poor.Conclusion The military medical comprehensive core journals have advantages in development,and lower academic qualities,influences.On the one hand,improve manuscripts source of journals and focus more on military medical characteristics.On the other hand,analysize scientifically,take effective measures on assessment indexs of journals and impove academic quality fundamentally.
