摘要
循着我国科技和期刊活动的发展轨迹,从传播学的角度对其进行共时的分析,认为特定社会时期的政治制度及客观存在的物质基础是影响并决定我国科技及期刊发展的重要因素,也是研究期刊作用及“编辑”概念内涵和外延的重要因素。
Along the development track of subjective editing activity, analysis is made on it from propaganda science synchronously; it puts forwards the specific social period and objectively existent material basis are the key factors for defining subjective editing function and ＂editing＂ concept.
