摘要
目的对恶性骨肿瘤化疗患者生活质量进行调查,并分析其影响因素。方法便利抽样选取恶性骨肿瘤化疗患者120例,使用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer,EQRTC)研制的癌症患者生活质量核心问卷第3版(quality of life-core 30questionnaire version 3.0,QLQ-C30V3.0)对其生活质量进行调查和分析。结果患者生活质量明显低于一般人群(均P<0.01);随着化疗次数的增多,患者生存质量各功能领域越来越好,症状体验逐渐减轻,但在化疗最后阶段症状有轻微加重;年龄、职业、是否手术、化疗次数、化疗方案、是否安装假肢、功能锻炼是生活质量的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论恶性骨肿瘤化疗患者生活质量处于较低水平,影响因素是多方面的,护理人员应针对主要影响因素采取积极应对措施,从而改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the quality of life in patients with malignant bone tumors who receive chemotherapy, and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling, 120 patients with malignant bone tumors were investigated with the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life C30 Questionnaire,Version 3.0 （EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0）. Results The scores of quality of life were significantly lower than the general pop ulation（P 〈0.01）.With the increasing times of chemotherapy, the quality of life of patients was getting better, and the symptoms were eased ,but with slight exacerbation in the later period of chemotherapy. Age, occupation, surgical approach, the courses of chemotherapy, chemotherapy regimens, artificial limb and functional exercise were the mainly influencing a factors （all P〈0.05）.Conclusions The level of quality of life in patients with malignant bone tumors receiving chemotherapy is low, the influencing factors are complicated, so the nurses should take targeted interventions to improve the quality of life of patients.
