摘要
《黄帝内经》提出"五脏应四时,各有收受",在类风湿关节炎的辨证论治过程中,充分考虑四时因素对疾病发生、发展的影响,根据春转暖、夏湿热、秋气燥、冬干寒一年四季不同特点,结合脏腑辨证,并以此为纲,分时论治,顺时用药,对缓解病情、控制疾病活动活动度,治疗合并症,改善患者生活质量具有积极意义。
＂Five Zang organs corresponding to the four seasons respectively＂was proposed in Inner Canon of Huangdi. The influence of the four seasons on the disease should be considered in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Treatment according to syndrome differentiation is one of the major features in traditional Chinese medicine. According to the different characteristics of the four seasons,traditional Chinese medicine treatment was applied in rheumatoid arthritis based on viscera syndrome differentiation. This would help alleviate the disease,and control the degree of disease activity,and improve the quality of life of patients.
