摘要
观察了油菜素内酯对无菌萌发的油菜下胚轴切段的愈伤组织形成和分化的影响。在MS培养基中加入BR为10^(-5)~10^(-1)ppm时,可促进油菜下胚轴愈伤组织形成;提高其浓度,则表现抑制作用。适当浓度的BR也促进下胚轴形成根。用BR与IAA、2,4—D、GA_3、6BA分别组合,其形成的愈伤组织的频率都较这些激素单一使用的高;并且(BR+IAA)组合形成的愈伤组织的分化频率比(BR+2.4—D)组合的高,小苗质量又更好。BR促进愈伤组织诱导和分化的双重作用,对于某些物种的组织培养可能有重要意义。
The effect of Brassinolide on rape tissue culture was studied. With the concentration ranging from 10^(-5) to 10^(-1) ppm Brassinolide ( BR ) promoted the calluse formation of rape hypocotyl. Proper concentration of BR also promoted rooting from the hypocotyl. The calluse formation was obviously stimulated by the combinations of BR with IAA, 2,4-D or GA_3 respectively. The calluse direved from the combination of BR and AA had higher differentiation frequency than that from BR and 2,4-D. And their pla(?)lets had good quality. It had important significance for some species in tissue culture,a BR promoted calluse formation and differentiation.
