摘要
随着造纸工业的持续高速发展 ,造纸原料 (特别是木材原料 )的稳定供应已经成为一个亟待解决的问题 .三倍体毛白杨具有生长快、纤维形态好等优点 ,很有希望成为我国造纸工业的重要原料 .为了深入了解三倍体毛白杨的纤维特性 (特别是木质素的含量和化学结构 ) ,该研究不仅对三倍体毛白杨的纤维特性进行了分析 ,而且用硝基苯氧化法结合红外光谱、1 H -NMR详细分析了其木质素的化学结构 .研究结果证明 :三倍体毛白杨的木质素含量较普通毛白杨要低 ,但是其缩合型结构的比例比较高 ,木质素中游离酚羟基的含量也比较低 .
The stable supply of raw material is a key problem in the development of paper industry in China. The triploid clones of Populus tomentosa Carr. are a promising material for papermaking because of its fast growing characteristics and nice fiber morphology. In order to understand the detailed fiber characteristics, especially the lignin content and chemical structure, the chemical composition and lignin structure of triploid clones of Populus tomentosa Carr. was analysed by nitrobenzene oxidation, FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The results indicated that these clones had lower lignin content, more condensed lignin structure and less free phenolic hydroxyl group as compared with conventional aspen species.
