摘要
本文以新疆维吾尔自治区国土资源综合监管与数据共享平台建设为例,面对不同用户,提出了三种具体应用场景。针对监管数据源多源异构特点,研发了一套面向国土资源综合监管与数据共享的数据采集、转换和加载工具。为保障综合监管与共享数据的安全,设计了一套适应国土资源数据特点的解决方法及数字水印技术,初步实现了国土资源开发利用全过程、全周期的监管。
The paper takes Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example to construct the comprehensive supervision and data sharing platform of land resources, and designs three specific application scenarios. Aiming at the multi-source and heterogeneous characteristics of regulatory data sources, a comprehensive supervision and data sharing of land resources set of data collection, transformation and loading tools for was developed. In order to guarantee the security of the comprehensive supervision and sharing of data, a set of solution and digital watermarking technique are designed to adapt to the characteristics of land resources data.
