摘要
单相H6拓扑光伏逆变器具有高效及抑制漏电流的特点,可有效提高光伏并网系统的效率及安全性。为减小控制延时造成的并网电流畸变率,在分析H6拓扑及无差拍控制工作原理的基础上,提出了预测型无差拍电流控制方法。同时引入功率前馈控制,有效提高了输出电流对输入功率变化的响应速度。在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了单相H6拓扑光伏逆变系统进行仿真,并搭建了2 kW实验样机,验证了该控制方法的有效性。
The single-phase H6 topology photovohaic grid-connected inverter has the characteristics of high efficiency and suppressing leakage current, which can effectively improve the efficiency and safety of the photovoltaic grid-connected system.Based on the analysis of the operation of H6 topology and the principle of dead-beat control, a method of predictive dead-beat current control method is proposed to reduce the current distortion due to the control delay. The introduction of power feed-forward control speeds up the response of output current to the input power changes. The system is simulated in the Matlab/Simulink and a 2 kW prototype is constructed.Simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed control method.
