摘要
设计了一种以金属氧化物场效应管(MOSFET)为功率开关器件,DSP2812为控制芯片的基于H6拓扑的非隔离光伏并网逆变器。通过原理分析可知,该逆变器具有较宽的负载范围、较低的对地剩余电流和输出电流畸变、恒定的共模电压等优点。所设计的400 W装置试验结果表明,该逆变器还具有较高的转换效率,最大转换效率可达98%以上。
This paper described a novel inverter with H6-type for PV non-isolated AC module which uses MOSFETs for all active switches, and DSP2812 as control chip. The proposed H6-type configuration features high efficiency over a wide load range, low ground residual current, low output current distortion, and constant commonmode voltage and so on. The experimental results of a 400 W hardware proposed show that those advantages mentioned are achieved, with uo to 98% maximum efficiency.
