摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法选择本院2014年1月~2015年12月收治的150例过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组单独采用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗。比较两组的RQLQ评分及IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平。结果观察组RQLQ量表中的7个维度评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠片与布地奈德鼻喷剂联合使用能有效改善过敏性鼻炎患者的生活质量,并降低患者的相关血清水平。
Objective To explore the effect of Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods 150 allergic rhinitis patients from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and each group was 75 cases.The control group was only used Budesonide Nasal Spray,and the observation group was used Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray.The RQLQ score and the serum index level of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 in the two groups were compared.Results The score of seven dimensions of the RQLQ scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The levels of IL-6 and IL-8in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray can effectively improve the quality life of patients with allergic rhinitis,and reduce the related serum levels.
