摘要
风能资源利用效率评价方面目前尚未形成完整的评价体系,仅有的评价指标失之片面,基于此构建风能资源利用效率综合评价体系,从风能开发、能质效率、技术水平、电网接纳、风能消纳5个视角全面反映风能资源利用效率,并采用改进型灰靶理论建立评价模型。最后,以2015年我国甘肃、吉林等典型省份相关数据为算例证明该评价模型的有效性和实用性,并根据结论给出提升风能利用效率的政策建议。
According to the existing problems that complete evaluation system was lacking and indicators are one-sided in respect of wind resource utilization efficiency evaluation, evaluation model based on the improved gray theory was constructed by comprehensive evaluation system to reflect wind utilization efficiency from the five views of wind energy exploitation, energy-quality efficiency, technological level, power grid receptive ability, and wind energy consumption comprehensively. The 2015 correlation data gained from typical provinces such as Gansu and Jilin provinces and the evaluation result tested the effectiveness and practicability of this evaluation model. According to the results, some conclusion and suggestions which can improve the wind energy efficiency were given accordingly.
