摘要
目的:比较单纯平衡针与头皮针结合平衡针治疗对缺血性中风急性期偏瘫患者生活质量的改善效果。方法:将142例缺血性中风急性期偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各71例,对照组患者仅给予平衡针治疗,观察组患者给予头皮针结合平衡针治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前神经功能缺损评分、运动功能缺损评分、生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者各功能评分改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用头皮针结合平衡针治疗缺血性中风急性期偏瘫患者可有效改善其神经、运动功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of simple balance needle therapy and scalp acupuncture combined with balance acupuncture in improving the quality of life in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods：142acute ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups,71 cases in the control group were treated with balance acupuncture treatment,71 cases in observation group were given scalp acupuncture combined with balance acupuncture treatment,were compared between the two groups clinical efficacy.Results：the neurological deficit score,score,motor function impairment of quality of life scores had no significant difference between the two groups of patients after treatment,the observation group of the evaluation project improvement were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the use of scalp acupuncture combined with balance acupuncture therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the neurological and motor function in patients with significant value to improve the quality of life of patients.
