摘要
缺血性脑卒中发病率逐年升高,偏瘫是其最常见的后遗症,早期康复、恢复肢体功能是治疗重点。头针已广泛用于卒中后偏瘫的治疗,疗效确切,但机制尚不明确。本文从调节神经递质、促进脑功能重塑、改善神经电生理、改善脑部血液供应、促进神经修复、减轻炎症反应6个方面对近年来头针治疗缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫相关研究做一综述,并对目前研究存在的问题进行探讨,以期为头针治疗缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫的研究提供参考。
The incidence of ischemic stroke is increasing year by year,and hemiplegia is its most common sequelae.Early rehabilitation and restoration of limb function are the focus of treatment.Scalp acupuncture is now widely used in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke,and the effect is definite,but the mechanism is unclear.This article reviewed the research on scalp acupuncture for the treatment of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke in recent years from the aspects of regulating neurotransmitter,promoting brain function reorganization,improving neuroelectrophysiology,improving cerebral blood flow,promoting nerve repair and reducing inflammation,and discussed the existing problems in current studies,with a view to provide references for the research of scalp acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.
