摘要
介绍电网故障信息系统的基本概念、原理和设计思想。基于云计算技术设计了一套分布式的电网故障信息系统。该系统能适应继电保护系统比较分散的运行特点,从整个电网的角度对继电保护设备和故障信息进行多重化管理,从系统结构设计的角度出发,利用云计算相关技术提高整个系统的稳定性与可用性,使相关的使用人员能够随时了解整个电网特别是电网中的继电保护设备的运行情况,可以根据收集到的设备信息对全网范围的保护设备进行各种行为分析,力保所有设备健康运行。
This paper introduces basic concepts,principles and design ideas of electric power fault information system.Based on the cloud computing technology,a new distributed electric power fault information system is designed.This system can be adapted to more decentralized operation characteristic of relay protection system,hence total and multiple management can be performed for the relay protection devices and fault information system.In addition,the cloud computing technology can improve the system stability and availability.The related operators can get the realtime information about the whole power system,especially its relay protection devices,and analyze the performance of relay protection devices on the basis of the collected data to guarantee the smooth operation of all the equipments.
