摘要
为了准确分析风电场风电机组的出力情况,针对风能的波动性、间歇性对风电大规模并网的限制,给出了一种基于信息间隙决策理论(IGDT)的可用输电能力(ATC)的计算方法。利用统一潮流控制器(UPFC)的快速有效控制功能,建立含UPFC的ATC计算模型,实现风电的大规模消纳,采用信息间隙决策理论处理风电场出力的不确定性。利用该方法,采用IEEE30节点系统进行算例分析,对比有无UPFC的情况下系统的可用输电能力大小,结果表明,UPFC可以提高系统可用输电能力,并且在一定程度上增强对风电波动的鲁棒性,验证了本文所提算法的可行性和有效性。
In order to analyze the output of wind turbine accurately, the paper puts forward a calculation method of available transfer capability (ATC) based on information gap decision theory (IGDT), considering the influence of the fluctuation and intermittent of wind power on power system with high wind power penetration. By using unified power flow controller (UPFC) with quick and effective control function, the paper establishes ATC calculation model with UPFC, realizes the large-scale wind power utilization, and deals with the uncertainty in the output of wind farm by means of IGDT. Taking IEEE30-bus syste,n as an example, the paper compares the ATC of the system both with and without the UPFC. The results show that the UPFC can improve the ATC of system, to some extent, and the robustness of the power fluctuation of the wind farm, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm proposed by this paper.
