摘要
介绍了福建电网在线电压稳定监视与控制系统。该系统以非线性规划和连续潮流法,进行电压稳定裕度指标的在线监视计算,采用多断面和基于灵敏度分析和连续线性规划技术的优化控制算法,给出满足多预想故障条件下,电压稳定约束的电压动态无功储备下限和实时电压崩溃预防控制措施,并采用了负荷裕度作为电压稳定监视指标。系统运行稳定,通过AVC系统的协调控制,实现了电压稳定约束下的电压自动闭环控制,指导运行方式的安排和改进,提高了福建电网的电压稳定水平,为电压稳定分析及电压崩溃预防控制措施的在线应用提供了宝贵的实践经验。
On-line voltage stability monitoring and control system in Fujian power grid is presented in this paper. Non-line programming and continued-flow algorithm is used to obtain voltage stability margin target for monitoring.
