摘要
采用有机溶剂萃取,结合气相色谱-质谱联用仪,建立了一种再造烟叶碎片原料中主要中性香味物质的分析方法。1.0 g烟叶碎片原料经10 m L甲基叔丁基醚萃取和4 m L质量分数5%硫酸酸洗,室温下静置18 h后萃取液用气相色谱-质谱分析;以乙酸苯乙酯为内标,对茄酮、β-大马酮、香叶基丙酮、β-紫罗兰酮、巨豆三烯酮和二氢猕猴桃内酯等重要香味物质进行了定性定量测定,并与超临界流体萃取(SFE)-气质联用法(GC/MS)结果进行比较。结果表明:各待测组分回收率在89.1%~103.4%之间,日内相对标准偏差不高于7.0%。该方法快速、简便、准确,适用于再造烟叶碎片原料中香味物质的批量测试。
A method for determining the main neutral aroma components in reconstituted tobacco scraps was developed by combining solvent extraction with gas chromatography- mass spectrometry(GC- MS). Tobacco scrap sample(1.0 g)was extracted by methyl tert- butyl ether(MTBE)(10 m L),the obtained extract was washed with 5% H2SO4(4 m L)subsequently,then analyzed by GC- MS after standing 18 h at room temperature. The neutral aromatic components,including solanone,β- damascenone,geranyl acetone,β- ionone,megastigmatrienone and dihydroactinidiolide were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by using phenethyl acetate as the internal standard. Further,this method was compared with supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE)- gas chromatography- mass spectrometry(GC/MS). The results showed that the recoveries were between 89.1% to 103.4% with the intra- day relative standard deviation(RSD) ≤ 7.0%. The developed method is simple,fast,accurate and suitable for the analysis of neutral aroma components in batches of reconstituted tobacco scrap samples.
