摘要
选用 3 60只番鸭 ,随机分成 4组 ,分别饲喂玉米、稻谷替代玉米和添加二种不同预混料的日粮 ,四个试验组( 1、2、3和 4组 )的饲料组成分别是 :基础日粮 + 65 %玉米 +预混料Ⅰ ;基础日粮 + 2 6%玉米 + 3 9%稻谷 +预混料Ⅰ ;基础日粮 + 2 6%玉米 + 3 9%稻谷 +预混料Ⅱ与基础日粮 + 65 %稻谷 +预混料Ⅱ。研究饲料的各种营养成分对番鸭生长性能、消化代谢的影响及其排泄物对环境的影响。结果表明 :稻谷部分或全部替代玉米 ,同时添加自配预混料(Ⅱ ) ,对肉鸭生长速度、饲料报酬没有明显 (P >0 .0 5 )的影响 ;但能显著提高营养物质的消化率 ,可提高蛋白质的吸收率 13 .0 9%和 17.14 % ,必需氨基酸的消化率提高 3 .82 % ( 3组与 2组比 ) ;磷的存留率分别提高 15 80 .4 7%(P <0 .0 1)与 3 647.4 6% (P <0 .0 1) ;分别提高钙存留 3 2 8.81% (P <0 .0 1)与 5 0 7.61% (P <0 .0 1) ;减少粪便排泄物量 2 .2 6%与 7.69% ;显著降低有害物对环境的影响 ,使空气中的有害气体硫化氢与氨气分别降低 16.81%与 4 3 .4 9%( 3组与 2组比 )。有利于当地饲料资源的利用及对生态环境的保护。
In order to examine the effect of paddy grains as a replacement of corn on the growth and metabolism of duck,an experiment was carried out with 360 ducks which were randomly allocated into 4 groups,and fed with diet 1 (basal diet+65% corn+premix Ⅰ),diet 2(basal diet+26% corn+39% paddy grain +premix Ⅰ),diet 3 (basal diet+26%Corn+39% paddy grain+premix Ⅱ)and diet 4(basal diet+65% paddy grain+premixⅡ),respectively.Significant differences were not observed in the growth of the ducks,and nor in the feed conversion among the four groups.However,the protein digestibility of the ducks in groups 3 and 4 increased by \{13.09%\} and 17.14% respectively than in group 1.The digestibility of essential amino acids in group 3 increased by 3.82% than in group 1,and the digestibility of calcium and phosphorus in groups 3 and 4 was higher than that in group 1.The amount of feces excrted by ducks in group 3 and 4 were lower by 2.26% and 7.96% than in group 1,and the contents of H\-2S and NH\-3 in the duck house of group 3 were reduced by 16.81%(P<0.05) and 43.49%(P<0.01) when compared with group 2,respectively.It is suggested that the diets containing paddy grains and premix Ⅱ can increase the digestibility of nutrients in diets and decrease the fecal amount of the ducks and then the contents of harmful gases in the duck house,and that feeding ducks with paddy grains is one of the effective methods to utilize the feed resources and to protect the environment.
