摘要
研究了不同比例糙米替代玉米,对育肥期麻黄鸡生产和屠宰性能的影响。将180只120日龄麻黄鸡随机分为3个处理组,即对照组(0%替代)、试验Ⅰ组(10%糙米替代)和试验Ⅱ组(20%糙米替代),每个处理组4个重复。每周统计各组耗料量,每2周称重1次,并于第4周末于每个重复内随机取2只测定其屠宰性能。结果表明:各糙米替代组对麻黄鸡增重无显著影响,育肥前期饲料转化率高于育肥后期,但各组间差异不明显;各糙米替代组对育肥期麻黄鸡主要屠宰性能无显著影响,10%替代组腹脂率显著低于对照组和试验Ⅱ组。表明糙米部分替代玉米作为麻黄鸡育肥期饲料是可行的,但糙米用量以不超过10%为宜。
The effects of brown rice instead of corn on the production and slaughter performance during the fattening period of partridge chicken were studied.The results showed that the effects of corn,10% brown rice and 20% brown rice on the weight gain of chicken were not significant.The feed conversion rate at early fatting stage was higher than that at late,while the differences among three groups were not obvious.The brown rice had no significant effect on the slaughter performance.The percentage of abdominal fat of 10% brown rice was significantly lower than those of corn and 20% brown rice.That was to say,the brown rice could be used as feed instead of corn,and the amount was less than 10%.
