摘要
单相半波可控整流电路是一种广泛应用的变换电能的电路,其双向转换的特点,使其在工业领域中得到大范围的应用。本文主要对由晶闸管组成的单相半波可控整流电路的工作原理进行了详细的描述,基于MATLAB软件搭建整流电路系统模型,并且对仿真结果进行分析,为可控整流电路在工业领域中的应用研究提供了理论参考及借鉴。
Single-phase half-wave controlled rectifier circuit is a kind of widely used transform electricity circuit, its two-way conversion characteristics, got a wide range of applications in the industrial field.This paper mainly describes the thyristor device consisting of a single-phase half-wave controlled rectifier circuit working principle in detail.Using MATLAB software to build single-phase half-wave controlled rectifier circuit model of the system and analysis of simulation results,for controlled rectifier circuit on the applied research provides a theoretical reference.
