摘要
首先介绍了三种带不同负载的单相半波可控整流电路的工作原理,从理论分析中可以得出负载为阻感性负载时,输出电压的平均值降低。为了解决这个问题,可以在负载两端并联一个续流二极管。最后在Matlab/Simulink中对三种电路进行了建模和仿真,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
Firstly the operating principle of three single-phase half wave controlled rectifier circuits with different loads is introduced, and it can get that the average value of output voltage can be drawn if the load is inductive load from the theoretical analysis. In order to solve this problem, a continuous flow diode can be connected across both ends of the load. At last, three kinds of circuits are modeled and simulated on the basis of Matlab/Simulink, and the simulation results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.
