摘要
目的：探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）孕妇血清总胆汁酸（TBA）、肝胆酸（CG）及其他生化指标检测的变化及临床意义，并观察血清TBA和CG联合检测的临床意义。方法：选择60例妊娠期胆汁淤积症患者（ICP组）及50例正常妊娠孕妇（对照组）为研究对象，分别检测血清TBA、CG、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT），总胆红素（TBIL）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）,并对检测结果进行比较。结果：ICP组血清总胆汁酸和肝胆酸检测结果明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；其他生化指标ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL、TC、TG检测结果与对照组相比明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；同时，ICP组血清TBA和CG联合检测阳性率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：妊娠胆汁淤积症的患者，血清TBA、CG升高明显，其两者联合检测对ICP的早期诊断及监测具有重要的临床意义，可以作为ICP诊断的敏感指标；而其他生化指标可以作为ICP常规监测指标。
Objective： The aim of this study was to research the significance of detection of Serum total bile acid （ TBA） , cholyglycine （ CG） and other biochemical indicators in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ ICP） , and to observe clinical significance of serum TBA and CG combined detection. Methods：Sixty gestational patients of ICP and fifty normal pregnant women （control group） were chosen. The contents of TBA, CG, ALT, AST, GGT, TBIL, TC and TG were detected, and the results are compared. Results： In ICP group, the levels of serum TBA,CG were obviously higher than those in control group. The Other biochemical indicators, including serum ALT, AST, GGT, TBIL, TC and TG were obviously higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05） ; The positive rates of combined serum CG and TBA detections in ICP were significant higher than control group （ P〈0.05） .Conclusion： the level of serum CG and TBA in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is significantly increased and the joint detection is of great clinical significance for ICP early diagnosis and monitoring. So serum CG and TBA can be sensitive indicators, while other biochemical indicators could be common for ICP diagnosis.
