Sportak对湘云鲫肝脏SOD酶CAT酶活性的影响及其机制研究 被引量:9

摘要 测定了暴露在25%ECSportak水溶液中的湘云鲫肝脏中的SOD酶、CAT酶活性的变化。结果表明,随Sportak处理浓度和时间的不同,SOD、CAT酶活性变化比较明显,在同一浓度(1.5mg·L-1)不同时间(8、24、48、72、96h)的处理中,SOD酶、CAT酶的活性是先降低后升高,抑制率是先升高后降低;在同一时间(96h)不同浓度(0、0.6、0.9、1.2、1.5mg·L-1)处理组里,SOD、CAT酶随处理浓度的升高,活性降低,抑制率随浓度的升高而升高,SOD的IC50=2.0mg·L-1,CAT的IC50=1.7mg·L-1。 Change of activities of SOD and CAT enzymes in liver of fish Xiangyunji, exposed at solution of 25% EC Sportak, is determined in this present test. The results indicated that the activities of SOD and CAT changed obviously with different concentrations and time. For the test groups treated with same concentration (1.5 mg·L-1) at different times (8?24?48?72?96 h), the activities of SOD and CAT decreased initially, then increased, and the inhibition rate increased initially and then decreased. For the tested groups treated with the same time(96 h) but at different concentrations(0?0.6?0.9?1.2?1.5 mg·L-1, the activity of SOD decreased with concentrations and the inhibitionrate increased, IC50=2.0 mg·L-1. The activity of CAT decreased and its inhibition rate increased with concentrations, IC50 was 1.7 mg·L-1.
