浮头式点支承单层玻璃板的精细有限元分析

A REFINED FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF BUTTON-HEAD POINT-SUPPORTED SINGLE LAYER GLASS PLATE

摘要 利用ABAQUS软件,对浮头式点支承单层玻璃板在板中心集中荷载和均布荷载作用下的受力性能进行非线性有限元分析,考虑玻璃面板与驳接头、驳接头球铰与驳接头头部接触面之间的相对滑动,选择合理的单元类型、接触算法和摩擦系数,并与试验结果对比,验证精细的含有驳接头的实体单元有限元计算模型的可靠性。 Nonlinear finite element analysis of floating-head point-supported single layer glass plate under concentrated load and uniform distributed load were conducted in the software ABAQUS to study its mechanical behavior. The relative sliding of the contact surface of glass plate and gasket, the head of routel and ball-hinge were considered. The selection of element types, the contact algorithm, and the friction coefficient were discussed. The comparisons between the prediction of finite element model with routel and test results were presented to verify the proposed finite element model.
