摘要
点式玻璃幕墙玻璃面板在实际工程中通常在弯剪组合作用下工作。本文在试验的基础上分析了不同荷载作用下板内应力分布状况,找出弯剪组合作用下的应力控制点。本文指出,面内剪力对于孔边应力影响较大,且易引起紧固件的弯曲变形;在弯剪组合作用下,玻璃板孔边、大面中心及板边中点的应力均有可能起控制作用;当面外荷载使紧固件受拉时,面内剪力的影响很小,可以忽略,当面外荷载使紧固件受压时,应该考虑面内剪力对板承载性能的削弱作用。以上研究为进一步完善点式玻璃板的设计提供了依据。
Glass panel used in the point-supported glass curtain wall system is usually subjected to both the loads vertical and parallel to the plane. In this paper, the stress distribution in the panel is studied when subjected to the combined action on the basis of the experiment. The paper points out, shearing loads cause high concentrated stresses around the holes, and easily lead to large bending deformations of the metal fasteners. Either of the stresses around holes, at the panel centre or at the verge centre could be the critical stress when the point-supported glass panel is loaded with both bending and shearing loads. The shearing effect can be neglected when fasteners are under tension, while the shearing force will lower the carrying capacity when fasteners are under compression. A set of critical points in the panel is presented to help designing the glass panel.
