摘要
以大型煤炭企业为研究对象,针对煤炭技术创新的特点,分析企业进行产学研合作创新的动因,结合现状剖析存在的问题,从营造创新环境、加强企业合作创新主导地位、建设学习和创新型组织、健全企业合作创新制度、完善产学研合作服务体系等五方面提出大型煤炭企业合作创新能力提升的对策建议,为企业开展产业技术创新联盟提供重要参考。
Taking large coal enterprise as the research object, according to the characteristics of coal technology innovation, this paper analyzes the driver of enterprise＇s EUR（enterprise-university-research） cooperative innovation, analyzes the existing problems combined with present situation, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting large-scale coal enterprise＇s cooperative innovation ability from five aspects of creating an environment of innovation, strengthening the construction of enterprise cooperative innovation dominant position, constructing learning and innovative organization, improving the system of enterprise cooperative innovation and improve the EUR service system, so as to provide important reference for enterprises to carry out industry technology innovation alliance.
