摘要
科技创新是煤炭行业高质量发展的动力源泉。为了解煤炭特色高校的科技创新能力、激发创新活力,文章利用壹专利数据库获得我国14所煤炭特色高校1985—2019年的专利申请数据,对专利申请量、发展趋势、专利类型、技术分布及演化、有效专利与创新合作网络进行分析,针对煤炭高校科技创新的特征、优势与存在问题,提出了坚持行业特色化、加强特色优势学科群建设、优化专利奖励政策、加大知识产权信息服务力度以及扩大合作空间等建议。
Scientific and technological innovation is the power source of high-quality development of the coal industry.In order to understand the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities with coal characteristics and stimulate innovation vitality,based on the patent data of 14 universities with coal characteristics from 1985 to 2019,patent applications,development trend,patent types,technology distribution and evolution,and active patents and cooperation network are analyzed.Aiming at the characteristics,advantages and existing problems in scientific and technological innovation of coal universities,some suggestions are put forward,such as persisting in industry specialism,strengthening the construction of specialties,optimizing patent incentive policy,strengthening intellectual property information service and expanding cooperation space.
