摘要
以防城金花茶、黄樽金花茶等14种金花茶当年生半木质化枝条为插穗,研究不同基质、不同生根剂种类及其浓度对扦插、嫁接效果的影响。结果表明:黄心土+珍珠岩(1∶1)、黄心土+腐殖土(1∶1)为金花茶较理想的扦插基质,扦插成苗率分别为74.2%、73.4%;ABT、IBA、GGR、NAA 4种生根剂中,ABT 0.1~0.5 mg·L^(-1)、GGR 0.1~0.5 mg·L^(-1)有效地提高了金花茶的扦插成苗率,成苗率分别为71.8%、69.5%;14种金花茶扦插生根、嫁接难易程度差异较大,菊芳金花茶扦插、嫁接成苗率均较高,分别达84%、97%,柠檬黄金花茶、离蕊金花茶和贵州金花茶扦插和嫁接成苗率均不理想。
In order to explore the influence of different substrates ,rooting powder's kinds and concentration on cutting survival rate, one-year-old branches of C. niridissima and C. huangzun were collected for stem cutting. The results showed that yellow soil and per- lite ( Vsoil: Vperlite = 1 : 1 ), yellow soil and humus ( Vsoil: Vhumus = 1 : 1 ) were two kinds of ideal cutting medium for C. chrysantha ( Hu ) Tuyama. The survival rate were 74. 2% and 73.4% ,respectively. ABT 0. 1 -0.5 mg L-1 and GGR 0. 1 -0. 5 mg L-1 were the best rooting power for stem cutting, the seedling survival rate was 71.8% and 69. 5%, respectively. There were great differences of rooting and grafting between 14 kinds of Camellia. The cuttings and grafting survival rate of C.jufang were the highest,84% and 97% , respectively. The cutting and grafting survival rate were not ideal for C. limonia, C. liberofilamenta and C. huana.
