Research on Determinating Condition for Three Organotion Compound in Seawater by HPLC-ICP/MS

摘要 研究并建立了HPLC-ICP/MS联用测定海水中有机锡形态的方法。详细介绍了仪器及仪器附件的配置,仪器的使用,对仪器工作参数、色谱柱、流动相、流速、进样体积、以及样品盐度进行了测定研究。研究表明,该方法具有较好的精密度和准确度,可用于海水及浓盐水中有机锡的形态分析。 The determination of organotion compound( DBT,TPT,TBT) in seawater by HPLC - ICP/MS was studied and established. The article introduced the instrument, the configuration of instrument accessories and the usage of the instrument, and studied the influence factors for example :experimental condition, column, mobile phase, flow rate, injection volume and sample salinity. The result showed that the proposed method had good accuracy and precision, which can be used for analyzing species of organotion compound in seawater and brine.
