摘要
通过使用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)对聚丙烯腈相对分子质量进行测试,详细研究了样品质量浓度和进样体积对测试结果的影响,并对GPC谱图中不同溶剂峰和异常峰的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:样品质量浓度增加、进样体积增大导致GPC测得的聚丙烯腈重均分子质量、数均分子质量及分子质量分布减小;溶剂峰与异常峰的出现对最终测试结果影响不大。
In this paper,polyacrylonitrile molecular weight was measured by the gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The influences of sample concentration and injection volume on the test results were researched,and the generation reason of different solvent peaks and abnormal peaks was analyzed.The results showed that increase of sample concentration or injection volume led to decline in both weight-average molecular weight and number-average molecular weight,and the molecular weight distribution of the polyacrylonitrile also decreased.Different solvent peaks and abnormal peaks had weak effect on the test results.
