摘要
以海水浓缩后的中度卤水为原料,经酸化、氧化后,用碱液为吸收剂,利用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔疏水中空纤维膜组件将原料液中的溴高效富集。溴素提取率达85%以上。实验为PTFE气态膜法提溴工艺的工业化放大提供了技术支持。
In this paper,bromine extraction from brine after acidification, oxidation by supported gas membrane process was investigated by using PTFE porous hollow fiber membrane module with alkali solution as absorbent. Experiment results showed that bromine extraction rate is more than 8 5%. The study provided technical support for the industrialized application of the supported gas membrane process for bromine extraction.
