摘要
作为改造世界的实践技术,存在着实现不了或不能实现的技术,通过"商谈",可以实现天人合一;但作为工具理性的技术,一旦成为技术的全部,将形成另类不可能技术即人类将无法控制的技术。承认有唯象层面的不可能技术,特别是"另类不可能技术形态"的存在,在此基础上,规划人类与技术发展的整个图景,将有助于人类更有理智地前进。
As the practical technology, there is a technology which has not achieved or cannot be achieved. It can realize the harmony between man and nature through ＂negotiation＂. If the rationality just become technical rational, it will form the technology that humans will not control. Therefore, the recogni- tion of the existence of impossible technology is helpful to advance the rational wisdom of mankind.
