摘要
从技术与科学的划界及技术哲学与科学哲学的划界 ,探讨了技术哲学的研究纲领。对把技术看作是知识体系 ,对把技术知识论和技术逻辑作为技术哲学研究核心内容的观点 ,提出了不同的意见。认为技术主要属于实践活动范畴 ,主要与经济领域相关 ,技术与科学的区别主要不是两种知识体系的不同 ,认为技术价值论问题应是当代技术哲学研究纲领的中心。
This paper discusses the research program of philosophy of technology from the viewpoints of demarcation between science and technology and between philosophy of technology and philosophy of science.The paper expresses the different opinions on the issues that technology is viewed as system of knowledge,technological knowledge theory and technological logic are viewed as the core in philosophy of technology.It argues that technology is the category of practical activity and relevant with the sphere of economy;two different systems of knowledge are not the essential discrimination between science and technology;technological value is the key issue for the research program of philosophy of technology.
