摘要
通过洗煤车间除尘系统工程实例 ,阐述了在老厂房巧妙利用厂房结构 ,将吸尘罩设计为内开外密 ,负压作业的三级密闭形式 ,从而实现全面通风换气与局部通风除尘的设计思路。工程实践表明 :该设计可使尘源附近 (411机尾走廊 )空气中粉尘净化效率达到 81 16 %~ 94 93% ,对厂房主要作业点空气中粉尘净化效率达 6 0 %以上 。
Through project instance of dust catcher in coal washing shop,this article expatiates such a plan of using plant structure of old plant subtly,to design dust cover into a three stage obturation form as widen inside and thick outside,which operates under negative pressure,so as to achieve a goal of exchanging air all around and catching dust partly under ventilate condition.The practice of this project indicates that this kind of design has dust purification efficiency of 81.16%~94.93% of the air around dust source (411 machine tail passageway),in regard to the main working sites of workshop,the dust purification efficiency can be over 60%.This project explored a feasible route of dustproof and dedusting in the old workshops of coal washing industry.
