摘要
利用正交模拟试验方法研究了单侧吸通风气流组织方式对干熄焦筛焦楼火车装焦的尘源控制效果,得到了单侧吸风的尘源捕集效率与排风罩设计参数之间的函数关系式,并进行无量纲分析,得到了对尘源实现完全控制时所需的最小风量。
Orthogonal numerical simulation experiment is used to study the effect of dust controlling of CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching) by unilateral air suction. The function relationship is got between dust-source collection efficiency and design parameter of exhaust hood. Non-dimensional analysis is also done to get the smallest exhaust volume of unilateral suction when dust is completely controlled.
