摘要
目的探讨小切口膝关节镜引导治疗胫骨平台骨折(FTP)的治疗效果。方法 76例FTP患者以随机数字表分为对照组与研究组,各38例。对照组采取常规切开复位内固定治疗,研究组采用小切口膝关节镜引导手术,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组术中出血量、下床活动时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访3个月,研究组膝关节美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分为(78.8±5.6)分,对照组为(68.5±4.8)分,研究组膝关节HSS评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口膝关节镜引导治疗FTP疗效显著,适于临床推广。
Objective To investigate curative effect by small incision knee arthroscopic guidance in the treatment of fracture of tibial plateau（FTP）. Methods A total of 76 FTP patients were divided by random number table into control group and research group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional open reduction internal fixation for treatment, and the research group received small incision knee arthroscopic guidance for operation. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The research group had all less intraoperative bleeding volume and off-bed activity time than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of operation time between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After 3 months of follow-up, the research group had knee joint hospital for special surgery（HSS） score as（78.8±5.6） points, which was（68.5±4.8） points in the control group. The research group had obviously higher knee joint HSS score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small incision knee arthroscopic guidance provides precisely curative effect in treating FTP, and it is suitable for clinical promotion.
