摘要
目的研究柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加减治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法以我院收治的60例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者为研究对象(收治时间为2014年3月—2016年2月期间)。随机将60例患者分成2组,30例/组。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组采用柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加减治疗。观察2组慢性糜烂性胃炎患者治疗后胃黏膜病理组织的变化情况以及临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后单核细胞与中性粒细胞浸润程度均低于对照组,临床治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加减治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder and Zuojin pills in the treatment of chronic erosive gastri- tis. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic erosive gastritis from March 2014 to February 2016 were selected as study objects, and were divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine. The observa- tion group was given modified Chaihu Shugan powder and Zuojin pills. The change of pathological tissue and curative effect were ob- served. Results The infiltration degree of monocytes and neutrophils in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The curative effect of the observation group was 96.67% which was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan powder and Zuoiin pills in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis has significantly curative effect.
