摘要
目的评价中医治疗糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法全面检索2000年1月至2016年1月国内的相关数据库,包括中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,对检索到的符合条件的15篇文献、共1508例患者采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果对15篇文献进行异质性分析,Q值统计量及I^2值统计量显示,P=0.93,I^2<50%,表明异质性可以接受,可采用固定效应模型进行分析,森林图可以看出合并后的菱形位于无效线的右侧,说明治疗组与对照组差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。漏斗图基本对称,OR=3.45(95%CI:2.50~4.76),可以看出大部分的点都落在95%的可信区间内,异质性较小。从偏倚风险图可以看出,结局数据不全的高风险较多,但从整个偏倚风险图来看,研究的偏倚风险尚能接受。结论从目前的研究看,中医治疗糜烂性胃炎确实有效,仍需进一步研究证实。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of erosive gastritis.MethodThe documents were retrieved relevant databases at home and abroad, including CNKI, WANFANG DATA, VIP and CBMdisc. Finally chose 15 high quality article and 1508 patients, and carried on the Meta analysis on them.ResultHeterogeneity analysis was performed in the incorporated 15 eligible studies, Cochran’sQ-statistic,I2 test measurement results indicatedP=0.93 andI2〈50%, suggesting that there was no statistical heterogeneity, hence the fixed-effects model was applied. The forest plot was further constructed indicated that the combined diamond was located on the right side of the invalid line, revealing that there was statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group. The funnel plot for publication bias was symmetrical in general [odds ratioOR=3.45（95%CI： 2.50-4.76）], most of the dots were within the range of the 95% confidence interval （95%CI）, indicating the statistical heterogeneity was relatively low. However, it could be observed from the funnel plot that studies with incomplete data was inclined to have a high risk of publication bias. But from the perspective of overall risk of bias, it prompted that publication bias for the literatures was controlled passably and acceptable.ConclusionFrom the current study, Chinese medicine treatment of erosive gastritis is really effective, still need to further study confirmed.
