固硫煤和普通煤对SO_2污染和健康危害的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨固硫煤与普通煤燃烧造成室内 SO2 污染及对健康的危害作用。将家兔分别喂养在燃烧固硫煤、普通煤和不烧煤的环境中连续观察 90 d,每天监测室内环境中 SO2 、CO的浓度 ;实验各时期测定家兔 L YS含量和血清中 SOD、GSH- PX、SA浓度。结果 :固硫煤组 SO2 2 4 h平均浓度 (2 .6 8mg/ m3)明显低于普通煤组 (13.0 4 mg/ m3) ,但 CO水平两组间无明显差异。实验 90 d后与实验前的 GSH- PX值的差值比较 ,普通煤 >空白对照组 >固硫煤组 ,普通煤和固硫煤组间的差别有显著性意义 (p<0 .0 5 ) ;SOD、SA、L YS值在实验期有所变化 ,但各组间的差别无显著性意义 (p>0 .0 5 )。结论 :提示燃煤煤烟中 SO2 能影响生物体内 SOD、GSH- PX、L YS、SA的浓度变化 ,燃烧固硫煤能明显降低 SO2 的污染 。 To evaluate the harmfulness to health by SO 2 indoors emitted from burning coal biomass briquette and raw coal.Rabbits were kept raised respectively for 90 days in three laboratory rooms with the same size and structure.One room is burning raw coal,one room burning coal biomass briquette,and the third room without burning coal(Blank Control Group).The concentration of SO 2 and CO was measured every day.SOD,GSH PX and SA in blood,LYS level of rabbits were tested three times.The average concentration of SO 2 of 24 hours in R.C.Group (13.04mg/m 3) was greatly higher than that in B.B Group(2.68mg/m 3).The different value of GSH PX between the time after 90d coal burning and before burning coal in R.C.Group was much higher than that in B.B.Group(p<0.05).SA,SOD and LYS also changed with the time,but in three groups the differences of them were not significant(P>0.05).The results of study indicated that use of coal biomass briquette would reduce the emission of SO 2 greatly than that of raw coal did which reduced the harmfulness of burning coal to health.
