摘要
"互联网+"时代新的教育理念给大学英语教师的职业能力发展带来了很大的机遇和挑战。大学英语教师应该主动适应高等教育和社会可持续发展的需要,积极探索适合自己的职业能力可持续发展路径,从而进一步提高大学英语的教学效果和教学质量。
The new educational ideas in the context of ＂Internet ＋＂ have brought both great opportunities and challenges to the development of college English teachers＇ vocational abilities. College English teachers should take the initiative to adapt to the needs of higher education and the social sustainable development, and actively explore for some possible ways of the sustainable development of their vocational abilities of path in order to enhance the teaching effect and teaching quality of college English.
