清远抽水蓄能电站机组动平衡试验综述 被引量:4

摘要 动平衡试验是新机组启动试验的一项重要内容,通过在发电机转子上配重的方法来减小其转动部件动不平衡引起的振动,使机组结构振动和大轴摆度符合规程允许值。本文通过介绍清远蓄能电站1~4号机组启动试运行期间仅2d完成了动平衡试验,证实了机组轴系加工、装配达到了较高的精度;也说明提高转轮静平衡验收标准对机组动平衡试验顺利完成及蓄能机组长期稳定运行是有利的。 Dynamic balance test is an important part of starting test of new units.Additional weight is applied to generator rotor to reduce the vibration caused by dynamic unbalance of its rotating components and make the structural vibration of units and the runout of the main shaft meet the allowable values given in the specification.This paper,on the basis of the dynamic balance tests for No.1~No.4 units in Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station finished in only two days during their trail operation,demonstrates that machining and assembly of unit shafts reach a high degree of accuracy and improvement of acceptance criteria in static balance of runner is favorable for successful completion of dynamic balance test of units and long-term steady operation of pumped storage units.
