摘要
本文论述了死因竞争风险概念及其在肿瘤防治研究中的应用,给出了年龄调整纯率与偏率的计算公式,考虑竞争风险时样本大小和统计功效的估计方法,并提出了肿瘤二级预防的“交替接力”策略。文中列出了数值实例,以供读者参考。
