摘要
目的探究Seminar学习模式在血管外科见习教学中的应用价值。方法选择在该院血液外科见习的2013级学生40名,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,分别实行Seminar学习模式和传统学习模式,比较两组见习生的最终理论称、实践操作能力以及相应的综合能力。结果实验组学生的理论成绩显著高于对照组学生的成绩(P<0.05),实践操作能力显著高于对照组成绩(P<0.05);实验组见习生的问卷调查的各项评价得分以及总分均显著高于对照组成绩(P<0.05)。结论 Seminar学习模式比传统的教学方法更适合用于血管外科见习教学中,其能够显著提高见习生的理论基础知识和临床实践操作的能力,效果显著,同时能够提高学生的综合分析能力,团队精神以及交流沟通等能力,在临床教学中值得广泛应用。
Objective To study the application value of Seminar study model in the practice teaching in the department of vascular surgery. Methods 40 practice students in 2013 in the department of vascular surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, and were respectively given the Seminar study model and traditional study model,and the final theoretical score, practice operational ability and corresponding comprehensive ability of the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05), the practice operation ability was obviously higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05), various evaluation scores in the questionnaires and total score in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The Seminar study model is more suitable for the practice teaching in the department of vascular surgery than the traditional teaching method, and the effect is obvious, at the same time, it can improve the general analysis ability of students, team spirits and communication abilities, which is worth wide application in the clinical teaching.
