摘要
自卓越医生教育培养计划实施以来,国内各医学院校都在积极探索卓越医生培养模式的研究与实践。文章通过分析作为一名卓越医生应具备的能力素质,得出医学本科生毕业时应达到的培养目标,同时介绍了实现培养目标所采取的教学实践,旨在为各医学院校培养卓越医生提供借鉴。
Since the implementation of education training plan of outstanding doctors, various medical colleges and universities in our country are actively exploring the training mode of the outstanding doctors. This article analyzes the abilities of an excellent doctor, e- duces the training target which medical undergraduate students should achieve, and meanwhile introduces the teaching practice to real- ize the training target, aiming at providing reference for all medical colleges and universities to train outstanding doctors.
