简要综述了生物色谱技术的发展现状及其在药物研究中的应用。阐明了生物色谱法的基本原理、特点 。
Biochromatography provides a powerful tool for pharmaceutical reseach. The fundamentals and distinguishing features of biochromatography are introduced in this paper. The applications, limitations, and development prospects of biochromatography are also presented.
