摘要
目的对中药材成分进行含量测定。方法建立一数学模型,对该模型进行评价,即代入校正方程计算出每个预测样品的含量,并用统计学方法将预测值与相应样品理论值(标准值)对比,根据预测值是否与理论值一致,来评价该模型。结果用建模方法测定药材中有效成分或掺伪成分,方法简便,对药材无损。结论该方法适合于大量重复性样品的分析测定,为NIRDRS技术应用于评价中药材品质及中药掺伪提供了可能。
Objective Quantitative analysis of Chinese traditional medicine. Methods Develop a math model , and then evaluate this model. Results The math model method was simple and especially for analyzing large amount of samples. Conclusion The NIRDRS technology is feasible after improving the sample collecting and standardizing data processing. It can evaluate the special features of samples more completely and reliably.
