摘要
目的 对地骨皮 (枸杞 Lycium chinese Mill.根皮 )的化学成分进行研究。方法 利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离到多个化合物 ,主要为莨菪亭(scopoletin, )、大黄素甲醚 (physcion, )、大黄素 (emodin, )、东莨菪甙 (scopolin( )、Fabiatrin( )等五个化合物。结论 除莨菪亭外 ,其余四个化合物均为从地骨皮中首次分得。
AIM\ To study the chemical constituents of the root barks of \%Lycium chinese\% Mill. METHODS\ Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents.Their structures were elucidated based on the physico chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS\ Five compounds were isolated from the root barks of \%Lycium chinese\% Mill.. and were identified as scopoletin(Ⅰ), physcion(Ⅱ), emodin(Ⅲ), scopolin(Ⅳ) and fabiatrin(Ⅴ). CONCLUSION\ Except for scopoletin, they were isolated from this plant for the first time.
