摘要
目的调查和分析乡镇医务人员艾滋病应对能力和培训现状及关系,为提高乡镇医务人员艾滋病应对能力提供参考。方法采用医务人员艾滋病应对能力问卷于2015-11/2016-01对四川省281名乡镇医务人员进行调查。结果乡镇医务人员艾滋病应对能力平均评分为(72.64±6.42),得分较低的4个维度是:职业暴露后预防用药及随访、艾滋病实验室诊断指标、艾滋病治疗药物和艾滋病病毒灭活处理;医院培训项目中,所在医院是否诊疗过艾滋病患者、所在医院是否发生过职业暴露、是否有专职部门处理职业暴露、既往是否接受过培训、是否愿意为艾滋病患者诊疗、是否知道医院配备的防护用品对医务人员艾滋病应对能力差异有统计学意义。结论应加强对乡镇医务人员艾滋病应对能力的培训,培训内容应依据医务人员艾滋病应对能力的知识掌握程度制定,并建立相应和考核和监督机制。
Objective To investigate the status and the relationship between HIV/AIDS response ability and training of township hospital medical providers and produce evidence for the improvement of HIV/AIDS response ability in township hospital. Methods The questionnaire survey was applied among 281 medical providers in Sichuan province to investigate the HIV/AIDS response ability of medical providers. Results The HIV/AIDS response ability score was 72.64 ＋ 6. 42 among the township hospital medical providers, and the last 4 dimensions were post- exposure prophylaxis and follow -up, HIV/AIDS laboratory diagnostic indicators, drugs for HIV/ AIDS and HIV inactivation. In the hospital training programs, the hospital diagnosis and treatment for HIV/ AIDS patients, occupational exposure in hospital, full - time department of occupational exposure treatment, previous training, willing to service for AIDS patients and knowing about the hospital protection equipment;these respects were significantly different among the medical providers for HIV/AIDS responding. Conclusion It should strengthen the HIV/AIDS response ability training of township medical providers, which should be based on the practical knowledge of medical providers to establish appropriate mechanism of assessment and supervision.
